This equation says

That there is a relationship between Mass and Energy. Some people say,

"All is energy." 

This equation disagrees. 

The M stands for the stuff we can touch. 

We can open our hands and let sunlight touch us,

But we cannot grab it. 

Mass you can hold, energy moves on. 

It also says that energy is not independent of mass. They coexist. 

They dance with each other. 

They can be best friends or worst enemies. 

We want the energies in our bodies

To be best friends with the mass of our bodies. 

So, Energy Work works on the worst enemies

To either convert them to best friends

Or find another mass to relate to.
