What I Do with My Hands

I am like a skilled DJ tuning into your body's playlist.
Imagine your body is a giant music system. Every organ, emotion, and thought is like a different song playing through your speakers. But sometimes, the mix gets messy—too much bass in your chest, a static hum in your head, or a beat that’s totally off in your gut. You start feeling stressed, sick, or just “off.”
I’m like a master DJ who can hear your body’s playlist and feel where the rhythm is off. With my hands and attention, I don’t just press buttons at random—I listen deeply, adjust the volume, smooth out the static, and bring your system back into a steady, flowing beat.
My gift is knowing when to drop the bass, turn up the treble, or pause the noise altogether—so your body and mind can find harmony again.
I’m not guessing. I’m mixing with skill. And science is starting to recognize the power of my soundboard.
